Daniel Jenkins

Daniel is a graduate of James Madison University's College of Business, where he built a strong foundation in operations and management. After graduating, he spent several years in the heavy civil construction industry, working on large-scale highway and bridge projects throughout the region.

In 2024, Daniel joined Prospect Properties and quickly developed a strong passion for the crawlspace side of the business — bringing his construction background and sharp analytical eye to moisture diagnostics, encapsulation, and crawlspace remediation work.
